Your customer does not care how much you know until they see how much you care. The way to a customers heart is much more than a loyalty program. Making customer evangelists is about creating experiences worth talking about
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many professionals in all areas with experience and licenses to work in that area of work. If I have someone I know can do the best job that's the person I will send.
