- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I carefully price each one of the quotes that come in based off of the project information and the business information that is needed. I operate well under industry averages as I aim for the customer to get the best value for what they pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired, I like to get to know the customer and their business (typically a 15-30 minute talk depending on the complexity of their business). I then like to dive into project details. I gather as much information that I need to get a solid start. I like to follow up with the client daily or every other day depending on the project and complexity. My aim is to deliver a quality product which the client can depend on.
