What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I figure out what the client needs, wants and what their budget is. Once we get those items figured out, we can then begin to discuss what we are looking to achieve with the project and get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my MBA and my Bachelor's of Science in Marketing.
