I was having a tough time finding an architectural engineer to help us figure out the problems with the foundation and floor in our new home; then I looked on Thumbtack and found Antonio. He was very understanding of our concerns and explained that nothing was at a dangerous state, but we did need some repairs, which was a significant relief. He described what he needed to do in and made sure we were on the same page about everything. The repairs were all done on a later date with Antonio and his team who all worked well and we're very respectful. Our floor feels like a floor should now... Solid, not soft and spongy in spots. Anyway, I high recommend these guys, great company! And a much more fair price than the other people that I got a quote from.
