HP desktop was only 5 months old but apparently had a manufacturers defect and needed to be shipped back to HP. Kevin did a lot of troubleshooting to find the problem. When it was determined that the issue could only be fixed by HP (still under warranty), Kevin made all the arrangements with HP tech services to facilitate the return. He was patient and determined to give the best service possible. I highly recommend him.
