They were excellent. They went right to work. Came back in two hours, and the apartment was brand new. It smelled nice and also offered to take a few things to the dumpster. The price was reasonable, and there were no hiding fees. They were so nice. The bathroom was the hardest to clean, and when they finished, it looked brand new. Hire them! You will not regret it.

They were on time and so proficient. That was the best cleaning I ever had. They clean everything and exceeded my expectation. We discussed price and expectation when they arrive and then the cleaning began. After every room was cleaned, they would ask me to check to ensure it was to my satisfaction. I have a 3 story house, 3 bedroom, basement and 4 bathrooms and it took them about 4 hours . That is soooo quick because my house is so big and I still got an exceptional cleaning. We are on a bi-monthly service now. I love them!!!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A checklist for standard cleaning will be supplied. Deep cleaning prices include things like refrigerator, inside of oven etc...a checklist will be provided. Pricing can change with additional services outside of standard cleaning. Parking fees will be added to the clients invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are no contracts. The initial visit involves a survey of your location and a quick interview to ensure a successful outcome. We usually correspond through text or phone.
