I was provided a random list of inspectors from my realtor, Ken was the second one I called and I went with him because he was very professional with my first call and he was willing to work with my schedule and actually did the inspection on a Sunday. I was extremely impressed with how meticulously he worked his way around the outside and inside of the home, leaving nothing unnoticed. He was wonderful at explaining many things over and above what I expected, even some general maintenance hits. I would Highly Recommend having Ken do your home inspection.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of home inspection is based off the square footage of the home to be inspected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I interview the client over the phone to gather information. I build my report in my Inspect It software and then meet with the customer at the site for a short overview then off to the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years construction/foundation experience, American Home Inspector Training Graduate, State certified, Federal Certified, insured and bonded.
