- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate plus a flat insurance fee. Extra fees for a valet permit, loading zone, etc. are not applicable to all customers but are determined by each city. Someone from our office will be more than happy to assist you in determining what is needed for your particular event/location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtain basic information to determine what their needs are. Upon confirmation of the exact address we can determine if anything (besides the valet service) is required such as a parking lot, relaxed parking through the LADOT, encroachment permit, valet permit, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for almost 9 years now and previous worked for another company for approximately 7 years so just management alone has about 16 years experience...not to mention all the combined experience from all our attendants, some of which have been doing valet parking for over 20 years.
