Sam knocked it out of the park for us. We're first-time home owners, and our house needed a fair amount of work. Sam walked us through out options and what needed to be done and what could wait. He even gave us tips on how to take care of some smaller issues by ourselves. That was very much appreciated. When the work was done - kitchen remodel, bathroom update and some smaller odds and ends - everything was done according to expectation. I would highly recommend SRS to anyone looking to upgrade their living space!

SRS MANAGEMENT, Construction SRS? Highly recommended!! I’m glad I hired Sam to take charge my remodeling job at the 1960s townhouse I recently purchased. He nailed it, totally, on budget, on time. I spent minimal effort consulting with him on the kitchen plan and selections of materials, also for bathrooms. He was quick to get my style and easily came up with choices I agreed with. He turned over the premises to me in sparkling condition, details completed, everything ship shape! What a pleasure to have Sam do this job!

SRS came through in a bind and from the get go made himself and his team readily available. They completed 2 full bathroom remodels in about 3 weeks and as an add on project I asked them to install wood flooring in 3 rooms. That happened over a weekend. Boom. Good and easy communication, very transparent and flexible. Overall a pleasure to work with. Having almost hired an unresponsive contractor for the job, Sam saved the day. He was immediately responsive and available throughout the entire process. He asked about budget on day 1 and we kept the dialogue open from start to finish so there were no surprises. This should be standard practice, and unfortunately in my experience Sam is the exception. Thanks for the great work and great experience.

SRS Management was hired to remodel my basement. The quote was mid-range compared to others I received, but it was Sam as a person that made the difference. He was easy to talk to, listened to our ideas, and offered suggestions of his own. While the process was not without it's setbacks, or problems, the overall project was a phenomenal success. The work was done at slightly over budget, but that was due to the unforeseen issues that always seem to appear on projects of this scope. For my basement, it was unexpected cracks in the foundation which suddenly gushed water in places that had not shown water in 2 years. When Sam came over on the Saturday that we informed him of the water issues, I knew that we had made the right choice for the job. He quickly reached out to one of his numerous contacts to get the cracks patched up. This clearly added to the cost, and delayed the project some, but it was still completed within the flexible time window that had been set up. Sam and his crew did an excellent job with each aspect of the project. Whether it was putting up drywall, or redoing the electrical in the entire basement, or fixing poor plumbing work, or tiling, or carpeting, or installing cabinets (an add-on job that Sam and crew were willing to take on), Sam had personnel for the job. I would definitely hire Sam and his crew again, and likely will do so as I have a bathroom to remodel.

I highly recommend Sam and SRS Management. He completed a full master bath and closet renovation project for me. Sam was great from the start with the estimate and planning stage and all the way through to the end. Sam and his team were neat and professional. We are super happy with the results. Sam was very responsive in communication throughout the project. He was onsite almost everyday. Sam made sure that everything was getting done to our satisfaction. He also has done a great job in following up at the end of the project with final touch ups. We will definitely hire him again for our next home project....the kitchen!
