- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system. We go by square footage instead of by the hour. Whereas others charge by the hour for each person of the cleaning team. With us it is usually my husband and I, and if it is a bigger job we will bring hand picked trained help. But, the price is still the same no matter how many are there to clean or how long it takes. This way we feel it is fairer to the customer and to us. We do a detailed cleaning every time. The following is our price list: .15 cents per square foot for move-in or move-out cleaning .12 cents per square foot for initial deep cleaning .10 cents per square foot for monthly cleaning .085 cents per square foot for biweekly cleaning .06 cents per square foot for weekly cleaning Laundry would be $25 extra. Refrigerator cleaning would be $15 extra We are always open to discussing this in more detail. 214. 284. 9148.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our new customer’s needs. So we like to ask questions, which will allow us to better understand the needs of our new customer. We also encourage our customer to ask questions of us as well this way we both know that we will be the best fit for one another. We find that this builds trust between the customer and us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far as our training, besides having 4 yrs. experience, we both have worked retail. If you know anything about retail you know that organization and cleanliness are key. Also having a family and a home, you get hands on experience. We love to treat each one of our customers’ homes as if it were our own. We pay attention to details and efficiency.
