- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I have a standard fee, but at this time, I am just looking for business at a lower rate. Down the road, I will go up some on my fees. I am here to jump start my braille business if I can, and get it known, and get recognized and do good work in a variety of things for my repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would want to contact them to find out more info, ask them what they needed done. Get a good idea of what to give as a quote. Provide an approximate price I would do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have elementary to high school training, and 2 years in a community college doing the braille work for blind students. I would braille their textbooks, help them get to class on time. I would help them with their schoolwork to get it brailled in a timely manner. I have many years of typing experience and can type 40-50 WPM. I also like music and have years of recording audio and books, and other projects needed.
