FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whether you want consultations only, on-line design plans, furniture selection/purchase only, or a total overhaul we can provide the services that you need. Pricing varies depending on scope of project. For example, purchasing furniture only through our company is commission based only while a total overhaul depends upon the full scope of the project. Please contact us for specifics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free 30 minute phone consultation. The first 1-hour home visit consists of an Interior Designer coming to your residence to view your home and assess the scope of the project. You will be sent a written proposal within 24-48 hours. If you find the foregoing proposal satisfactory, a written agreement can then be signed for the Interior Designer and for the Owner as an acceptance of the offer and we can then proceed accordingly. If the proposal is not accepted we can go back to the drawing board or if you find we are not a fit for the project, you will just be billed for the 1-hour visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
