- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for the cost of ingredients and $15 an hour for labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial call to discuss want is wanted, a meeting where the client is free to bring pictures/examples of they want and discuss what they would like,and I deliver the cake/dessert on the desired date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing cakes/cupcakes for seven years and have taken cake decorating classes at a local community college.
