Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I specialize in myofascial work to encourage increased range of motion throughout the body by releasing restriction in your body's tissue. This means better sleep, more enjoyable time with those in your life because you experience less pain with your own movements! I have been a practicing massage therapist since 2000. I love being able to help people feel more relaxed and have easier movement in their bodies with less pain!

Teresa provides a very positive approach by making sure she meets the client's needs. She has excellent skills and knowledge. She always makes me feel better when I leave than when I came to a session. I give her an A+.

Magic fingers! Teresa is excellent, very professional, listens to what is bothering you and works her magic to find the source of the ache, pain, or soreness. She offers tips for how to keep up the maintenance in between visits. Always feel relaxed and comfortable during our sessions and leave feeling like a new woman.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    30 minutes is $40, 60 minutes is $75, 90 minutes is $95.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will have them fill out a health questionnaire, discuss their current pain or restriction issues, and any past surgeries or incidents that may be contributing to their current situation.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from the Mountain State School of Massage in Charleston, WV. Their program is 700 hours of lecture, anatomy and physiology and hands-on learning. I have had continuing education over the years in several modalities: neuromuscular work, deep tissue, shiatsu, integrative reflexology, sinus and parasinus release, but my favorite training has been in myofascial release! I'll often incorporate several of these modalities in a session but most of my work is myofascial because of its effectiveness in reducing pain and improving movement!
