- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing is very affordable, we give a fixed price based on your customized cleaning needs. our prices range from $99 to $350 on the rare occasion where we charge over $300 which depends on what needs to be done, i.e clean outside windows, add carpet cleaning to house cleaning....we offer a senior discount, police offices discount, fire department discount, military discount, low-income discount, we work with everyone. Please Remember if this is your first time cleaning, you will have an additional $45 first-time Cleaning fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the first contact always either by phone or email, we set up a walkthrough to get an understanding of what needs to be done, we give you an overview of what we do and what you expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have certified employees in cleaning house, carpet cleaning, and commercial cleaning, our employees know how to mix the right amount of chemical to get the best result.
