- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman services I charge $65/ hour depending, but fixed pricing if I can see project and estimate on jobsite
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually approach new customers with addressing their issues with their home first, then as the conversation progresses, I can present my knowledge of the housing industry then show them how versatile my company is. This usually breaks the ice and a trustful relationship develops.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have literally been working on houses since age 8. My Dad renovated houses for realtors and had me pulling wires in tight places and sweating pipe efficiently even then. I have a mil shop where I can produce custom furniture, turnings and various other venues.
