- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this time we don't have a standard pricing system. Our retainer fee's are based off of our clients needs. We never charge for services that aren't actually needed. Therefore, in most cases we create custom packages that'll leave the client paying for services/task that he/she actually need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a pretty simple process. All of our services being offered starts with a complimentary consultation. As a token of appreciation, we give or clients a bride and groom custom printed T-shirt for keeping their appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Should a medical emergency occur during an event, I have a Nursing assistant certification to offer First Aid & CPR until proper help arrives. I am also a graduate of Asworth Community College with a concentration in Wedding/Event planning.
