- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing system is: $125 per hour for Life Coaching and Career Coaching $150 per hour for Leadership Coaching $200 per hour for Executive Coaching Because situations may arise when my client may want to problem-solve an immediate issue, in addition to our scheduled 60-minute sessions, each client can schedule one 15-minute telephone call each month at no additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I conduct a 30-minute initial consultation. This consultation is free. And, it's our chance to make sure we'll work well together. During the 30-minute consultation, we discuss the client's current concerns and establish the goals to be reached. I also provide an overview of the coaching process and answer any questions that the client may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hope that you’d agree that each Coach’s education, experience, wisdom, and maturity level significantly determine the value of the Coaching experience. My Preparation for Coaching: • Earned a Master degree in Psychology • Completed a certification in Coaching • Completed certifications to provide career and executive/management skills assessments • Completed certification in Telehealth services -- to provide services by telephone and video • Employed as a Human Resources Generalist • Held Management and Executive level positions • Successful entrepreneur for 30+ years
