Tyrik and Carla responded to my request for house cleaning promptly and were very open to listen to exactly the type of cleaning services I wanted and the results I expected. They deserve 5 star ratings across the board! They were very professional, honest and understood my need for a great house cleaning service (top to bottom.) Their cost is very reasonable and truly a great value! Our house has honestly never looked better! They do a very detailed and amazing first time cleaning and I know that continuing with their services will keep our home looking tip top shape. I highly recommend them, especially if you really want a thorough house cleaning.

Tyriq and Carla came to our house on a Saturday night and stayed until nearly 9pm just to help us get our home ready for listing/sale. When we bought the house, we thought we cleaned it pretty well, but I’m telling you... my house has never sparkled like it did after they were done. Their attention to detail, MINOR detail, was something I’ve never seen before. Because of how well they cleaned our home, it sold in 24 hours. I’m tellin you. Hire them. It’s the best money I’ve EVER spent. Thanks y’all! You made our house look it’s best and it paid off!

Tyrik and Carla cleaned our house this week and did a fantastic job!! Like many have said, their attention to detail was incredible. I noticed so many areas that were remarkably clean after they left (that have been overlooked by cleaners in the past) which shows their commitment to high-quality work. I’m so appreciative of the time they took to do such a thorough cleaning. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to others!

Carla is so sweet. She cleaned the house and did a great job. She and Tyrik called to confirm, followed up after competion of cleaning and it really showed they cared about doing the job to my standards. Looking forward to having them back.

Tyrik and Carla were AMAZING! I have 3 kids, a dog, and a large house. They were great about communication and we were in contact several times before they came out. I had a few specific things that I requested and they were wonderful in accommodating them. I needed certain rooms done in a certain order because of naps and specific cleaning products used on things- no problem for them! They have kids and totally understood and made me feel great about it. We did a quick walk through when they arrived and they asked awesome questions I never even thought about.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, find out more details of what their cleaning needs are then communicate and let them know what to expect thru the whole process. This helps build trust. After, the cleaning walk them thru what they needed us to clean and show them some of the things we went out of the way to clean. This breeds 2x the amount of appreciation and lets them know we care about there home and business.

8 years of Leadership training at an accredited leadership/entrepreneurial team. Leadership Team Development in Raleigh, NC
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were asked, if we would be interested in cleaning the church we attended. We ended up cleaning for 7 years.
