Paula is a great trainer! I never have to tell her my focus areas because she always seem to know and gears my exercises towards those areas to help me achieve my goals. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically the first session if free and consists of a fitness consultation and fitness assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received my Bachelors in Science in Exercise Physiology from WSSU. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Strength & Fitness.
