Paula is a great trainer! I never have to tell her my focus areas because she always seem to know and gears my exercises towards those areas to help me achieve my goals. Whether strength or cardiovascular training, my sessions are fun and engaging, and I enjoy doing my workouts with her....even when she challenges me.....which is what I need.

    I received my Bachelors in Science in Exercise Physiology from WSSU. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Strength & Fitness.
