I had an amazing experience with Atlantis. This was my first move and I was super stressed about it. Sal, Joshua, and John were all awesome to work with. I had a back injury so I wasn’t able to do much packing. They didn’t let me move even a bit and took care of everything for me. They packed and disassembled/assembled furniture. Everything was very organized and furniture was wrapped with blankets and stretch filmed on the top. No damage on anything whatsoever. They were very professional, friendly, and hardworking. If i were to move again, I’ll definitely use Sal and his team. Thank you so much for such a great moving experience.

I underestimated the amount of paper, boxes and other materials needing removal but Sal was very accommodating and courteous in his estimation. He very calmly removed and packed most of the materials into his van without complaint. I definitely would use him for future jobs, if needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to be fair to our customers. We are flexible and willing to work things out with them. Our standard rates are for movers and truck and they cover 25 miles radius from our location. The starting basic hourly rate is $65/hr with 3 hours minimum charge. This base rate is for moving furniture within the home, loading and unloading trucks and Pods. Time over the 3 hours minimum is charged in 1/4 hour basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact. Request information needed for estimate. Provide basic estimate. Do any needed or requested adjustment. Request customer approval and acceptance. Provide confirmation of appointment. Send a final reminder of appointment. Showup for appointment. Do the requested work. Request payment and review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Lindenwood University. Extensive training and experience in customer service. 18 years of general delivery experience. 8 years experience in my own delivery business.
