- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I like to get to know my clients. We'll discuss your experiences and your goals. We'll move on to an assessment to see what we need to strengthen to avoid any injuries. Every person's goals are different and every approach is different. I'll work with you and your comfort level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from the University of Florida with a BA and was on a Pre-Med track. I've worked in dental offices and family clinics. Health and wellness are my priority. I understand anatomy and physiology in-depth along with other medical practices. I know the body in and out from a medical and an exercise stand point.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've always been one to care for others. I took care of all the kids on the block when they got a scraped knee or fell off their bike. As I continued to pursue nutrition and fitness, I knew I wanted to do more. It's easy for doctors to tell their patients to exercise, but majority of patients don't know where to start. I believe it's important to have an understanding of a patient and client when it comes to health and fitness.
