- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The typical process for a new client is simple. The first meeting with a client will be a fitness consultation. We will begin with a few brief questionnaires about your medical and physical history followed by a few assessments; including bodyfat percentage, BMI, weight, height, blood pressure, resting heart rate, active heart rate, physical mobility, flexibility, upper & lower body strength tests a long with a few others. These assessments allow us to write a specific program based on YOUR needs allowing us to continue to improve monthly as these assessments are done every 4-6 weeks to show consistent change. We will then discuss what your fitness goals are and what is going to be the best approach to reaching those goals After the consultation we will discuss the necessary approach as far as program, frequency, diet and any other necessary lifestyle/ habit changes that we'll need to implement in order to reach the clients goals. With these factors in hand, I can successfully build a workout/nutrition plan and give the client and understanding of what it will take to reach their desired physical goal.

We have helped countless clients meet their physical goals in weight loss, strength building, muscle building, reduction of body fat, post-rehab and much more. - What types of customers have you worked with?We have worked with female and male clients ranging from 13 years to 94 years of age. I have worked with clients with physical goals ranging from weight-loss, muscular development, sport-specific conditioning, body building all the way to post-rehab. I have also worked with clients with physical limitations, mental limitations, chronic conditions and have successfully modified movements necessary to accomplish a physical goal. We have a wide range of experience and have had the pleasure of meeting many people and working with all different types of clients and we love it!
