Introduction: Carolyn J Rivera has more then 30 years experience working with companies, associations, schools, and people who are looking to enhance their leadership skills. Carolyn lead the Learning & Development Organization for Fortune 50 companies for the last 25 years. She started her career in Education working with children K-12. Carolyn used her skills to place as Runner Up on the number 1 reality TV show of all time Survivor, on Season 30 Worlds Apart as the oldest contestant on the show during her season. She links her success to key leadership competencies that are important at every stage of life. My goal is to work with people who are looking to grow both personally and professionally by focusing on personal development first. I walk you through the examples that will "Ignite Your Will To Win". Her topics are Change Management, Leadership, Motivation and Teamwork. These skills are critical to success in life regardless of where you are or how old you are. I understand the differences between the Millennials and the Baby Boomers and provide examples or sessions totally dedicated to that topic to help bridge the gap. I love working with people and get energized when I see the light bulbs go off for people in my sessions.

I had the opportunity to sit through one of Carolyn's speeches. She spoke at my company event and she was able to bring in experiences that she had in companies she worked for as well as her experience on Survivor which I thought was fantastic. I meet with my clients to understand their needs and understand the type of audience members so that I can connect with them throughout my speech. I use examples that they can understand.

I have an MBA and a Masters in Human Resources. People are my passion and I have worked with all different types of people and cultures throughout my career. My differentiator is that I relate to all generations as displayed on my success on the CBS reality show Survivor.
