FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price competitively, but we also believe in doing the right repair for our clients which may cost more than the other guy doing the quick and cheap version of what should be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with the client if possible, schedule a site visit, and then send a proposal for the repairs for signature. We would usually like to look at a project before we bid. Certain unseen things can affect the price. If you don't look at it first, you end up pricing too low and you have to tell the client it's going to cost more after you price it. That can be a negative for the client that thinks you are trying to gouge them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I have over 32 years of combined experience in the roofing industry. We are OSHA safety certified. We have NRCA (Nations Roofing Contractors Association) training. We are primarily commercial roofing contractors, but are well versed in the residential market roof systems as well. We are Certified Roofing Contractors in the State of Florida and Insured.
