- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would talk and design the perfect menu for the occasion and then price out the menu to fit the budget needed. Once menu is set we then like to tour the venue to learn the layout of the event that we will be serving at. A lot of times we will do a food tasting inside the home of the client If they request to ensure that they are happy with the menu selected.

Chef Roberson has over 10 years of food experience and is ServSafe certified. The Mustard Seed takes food safety seriously and has measures to ensure food quality is at the highest during events.
