Introduction: We do all types of services and we design each menu to the likes of our client. What really stands out about us is that we give back with every event. We are a Christian based catering service that give to Arthur Christian Church in Bell Arthur, NC. The Chef/owner is the Youth Minister at the church and he believes in giving back to the God who have him the skills to do this profession. Please check the website out and do a request form. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would talk and design the perfect menu for the occasion and then price out the menu to fit the budget needed. Once menu is set we then like to tour the venue to learn the layout of the event that we will be serving at. A lot of times we will do a food tasting inside the home of the client If they request to ensure that they are happy with the menu selected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Roberson has over 10 years of food experience and is ServSafe certified. The Mustard Seed takes food safety seriously and has measures to ensure food quality is at the highest during events.
