- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive for the area and very fair. I also do giveaways every month on my page for free or half off cleanings. I do a few free cleanings a year for cancer patients and also have a senior and veteran discount. I charge a travel fee if I have to go outside of the greenville and surrounding areas usually over an hour drive away only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them and give me a tour of the home and I give them the first time cleaning rate. I usually have a key left for me for my first cleaning and after I finish I give the rate for regular cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken online courses and have done a lot of research on chemicals, tools, product brands and how-tos.
