Brian Kenney has provided purposeful team building activities to our Easter Seals Wisconsin AmeriCorps members over several years. Each term he brings new opportunities for our members to step out of their comfort zones and overcome new challenges as a collective team. Each activity is guided with the intention of building leadership skills, personal development and creating an atmosphere of collaboration among members. As a team our members are able to reflect and discuss how each activity can be applicable to situations that may come into play later on within their term of service. The variation of each activity allows for each member to provide their own perspective to the group, while encompassing everyone's abilities. We appreciate having Brian join us for our AmeriCorps training at camp each term. These sessions allow our members to build a stronger community, which is something we greatly value at Easter Seals Wisconsin.

Brian has done two separate team building experiences with my volleyball teams. Both were different and unique and my players loved them. Brian does an excellent job motivating and challenging my teams to learn more about themselves and the program they are apart of.

We have had Brian come and work with our volleyball program for several years now. He always does a great job changing up the activities that he does with the team and he makes sure to break down the activity with them afterwards which is extremely valuable. Brian is someone who will give your team or company what you need when you need it. Very professional, a great listener, and highly energetic he works with you to find out your needs as a team and will design his team building around that. He is also great at following up after to see how his work has been carried over and is always looking for ways to improve. I highly recommend working with Brian.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have the same price between 1 and 2 hours and then I usually have a 3 hour price and a 4 hour price and then an all day price. I do not charge extra for larger groups and for the most part for events within the state of WI I charge a flat fee (no mileage fee or other charges -per diem
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask customers lots of questions about the goals and objectives they have for the group so that I pick the correct team building activities to increase my impact and relevance. I also like to make sure that I know a groups mission, vision and core values.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I have been a certified Teacher in WI for 20 plus years and have taught numerous leadership and team building courses. -I was a certified ropes course instructor / facilitator for 10 years and ran our high and low ropes course at our local high school.
