I called Robert and Sons to get an estimate for a full roof replacement. Eli returned my call immediately and set up a time to come look at the roof. He explained everything he and his crew were going to do and when they would be able to do it. He also gave me a detailed estimate in a timely manner. Eli and his crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They also finished the job in the timeframe they said and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend Robert and Sons for anyone looking for a new roof replacement.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Improvement is a trade that has been practiced by my family for generations. Since the age of 5 my father has taught me and my brothers how to build, frame, and remodel homes and condos etc. We have learned most of our skills from our father, Robert A. Hadden, a professional carpenter and home improvement contractor. Robert has been in business since 1969 and has done interior and exterior work on thousands of homes in Connecticut. As a family of contractors, we now serve Connecticut together.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many different types of customers. From young couples buying their first home, landlords that need to renovate an apartment for a tenant, to real estate investors remodeling and flipping homes and condominiums.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think it's important to make sure their credentials are legit. Make sure they have experience and make sure they have a license.
