- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair price for good quality work. And if there's any changes I would let them know before I continue working. Very hard to get an exact estimate without seeing the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to come out take a assessment of what they want to get done and make sure that we all are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years out in the field. I I have done a wide variety of different trades. But I definitely prefer exterior Home Improvement.
