The best move ever!

When my wife and I were ready to make the move from Baltimore to Florida we set about doing our due diligence on moving companies. We've moved from coast-to-coast and up and down a few coasts in the past, but they were all moves that were contracted by my employers. This was the first move that I was paying for. We determined which company we felt most comfortable with and then discovered that the biggest difference isn't the company, but it's actually the PEOPLE. Doug was the one responsible for our move. He managed the helpers, worked along side the loaders, segregated the load, and even did the driving through a nasty snow/ice storm and still managed to deliver our household goods safe and sound at the appointed hour. Once he arrived at our house he managed all the unloading steps including reassembling beds and anything else that had been taken apart. It was the perfect move - came in under the cost estimate (whereas some competitors had greatly inflated their costs), and nothing was lost or broken. If I had to move again, I'd find Doug and ask him to do it. I value professionalism and integrity and Doug has both these wonderful qualities! Thanks Doug!

I had a great move with these guys, especially Doug. Never seen a man with such good customer service and attention to detail in this industry. Hands down will look for them again when I get relocated again.
