What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part I charge a $1 a minute with the exception of using deep tissue or hot stone add-ons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them complete a health survey, we discuss issues of concern and talk about my plan for the massage.
