Her classes incorporate pranayama, meditation, massage therapy, attention to proper alignment, gentle hands-on instructionand world inspired music. Each of her class helps to create a space where you can be fully present in the moment, allowing you to tap into your inner awareness. She is humbled and grateful for the opportunity to serve as a yoga teacher and vows to always be a student on this great and amazing path. I love that I am able to share my knowledge and experience, inspire and motivate people to practice yoga in a very safe way. Teaching and connecting to others is a blessing and I wouldn't change it to anything in this world.

What I love about Crissy is that she is attentive and diverse in her yoga teachings. If a pose is too hard or too easy, she always has an alternate pose to show. She also encourages me to challenge myself and to listen to my body.

Crissy has taught me Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Hatha is the basic entry level yoga, Vinyasa more advanced, and Yin a slower and deeper stretch. Personal favorites are Vinyasa for a good exercise/sweat and Yin for when I'm feeling tight in the hamstrings / lazy. She is very hands-on, outgoing and friendly, and overall excellent teacher who knows the sanskrit words and proper technique/alignments. The downstairs residential room is great for small and private sessions. Very conveniently located in Woodinville. Highly recommend.
