- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Come on site to provide a Free Inspection. Our goal is to determine if you need professional services or to help you resolve the situation on your own. 2) PuroClean will provide you with an estimate that includes information about the cleaning process. 3) Schedule work with a Signed Work Authorization. Once you choose PuroClean, we will get you on our schedule to get your home back to normal as soon as possible. 4) Work is completed. Even when the job is done, we want to be available to you to make sure you are completely satisfied.

We follow and train our employees to follow the IICRC standards. The IICRC certifies and develops certifications and standards for professional carpet cleaning, upholstery and fabric cleaning, water damage restoration and mold remediation. In order to achieve IICRC-certified status, PuroClean met a rigorous list of standards in business ethics and expertise.
