I've been taking classes with Samantha and Nick for several months now (almost a year with Nick). Both of them are awesome. Nick's classes can be intense (in a good way). He really pushes you to get results. And Samantha is very positive, encouraging, and fun. She will track results and motivate you to come to her class. Before having kids, I had not been to a gym in over a decade, and the thought of going to one was intimidating. I was afraid I'd use the equipment wrong or hurt myself. It is nice to be guided as to what to do and not have to think. Also I am in better shape now, and friends have been noticing the difference. I'm so not a morning person, but these two are worth waking up early for.

Samantha is a wonderful trainer and a consummate professional. She is currently training three members of my family: my wife, daughter, and me. We all benefit from not only her expertise, but also the nature and variety of her workouts. They are consistently challenging, new and engaging. Every workout has a significant yet attainable intensity; where, when we finish, we consistently find ourselves fatigued and spent in a good way. A way that physically leads to growth and ensures physical improvement. Sam (Iron Will Fitness) is encouraging, responsive, very available, and provides a ton of value. She has conducted training sessions with us, both at her training facility and our home. For all of these reasons and more, Samantha is highly recommended. She will help you improve with every workout. 5-stars!

Sam takes the time to show me what to work out and how to do it. She preps great meal plans for me and has a lot of great post-work out recovery advice. I appreciate her motivational training style.

Samantha is an amazing trainer! I noticed results after just a few times of her traning me. It really helped me with volleyball and she know all the right techniques. I strongly recommend Samantha as a trainer!
