The Utah Cabinet Company
About this pro
I am really happy with the quality of my counter tops they installed, they were also much cheaper than the other two companies that gave me quotes. The installers got the job done fast and everything worked out really well. I do with they had given me a little more updates about when the installers were coming, but I didnt dock them any stars for it because I feel that as a whole for the construction industry no one ever really texts you back quick or keeps you updated. Really good company, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs new counter tops. They do quality work with fair prices.Sep 28, 2017Verified
There was a small blunder with chipped product but Bryce & Alex were able to make me still a happy customer. Would recommend. They were very fast and able to complete my whole quartz + sink in 2 days.Jun 27, 2017Verified

Starting with their graphics used to communicate to us what we were getting were excellent. Highest attention to details that mattered to us. Cost was a good value for a high end product.Nov 23, 2016Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After getting a brief overview of what the client is looking for, we typically meet with all of our clients in their homes when they are interested in replacing cabinets or refacing. We bring door samples, countertop samples, idea books, and our design program on the computer. This time allows us to become acquainted and learn exactly what the client is wanting the end product to look like, and to learn the ins and outs of the space. After mapping out the structure of the home, we take that information to our office and can place the new cabinet layout into the design program and show you how your new kitchen will look. The door style, color, door knobs, and cabinet layout is easily changed and we can do a colored 3-D rendering of how your kitchen will look. We can change wall colors, countertop colors, flooring materials, and appliance colors. There are no limits to the number of changes made, and our design consultations and estimates are at no cost. After the design process is complete and the client is completely happy with the way things look, the process from there will really depend on what type of cabinet project it is. We have varying lead times from 2 days to 2 months, just depending on whether that is an RTA project, semi-custom, refacing, refinishing, or a high end inset custom cabinetry project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We have worked with all types of clients with our cabinet and countertop services. From real estate investors that are flipping 100 homes a year, custom home builders, production home builders, novice DIY'ers looking for RTA cabinets, remodeling contractors, interior designers, first time homebuyers and forever home remodelers; we have the product offering and capacity to handle nearly any type of cabinet or countertop project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?A provider that is on time, communicates well, and returns calls and email eliminates a lot of frustration that is felt by most homeowners when completing a project. Anybody searching for a provider should make sure they are properly licensed and insured, and that there is documentation of exactly what you will be getting with their service. Lastly, I think there has to be a good relationship between the customer and provider if it is a larger project; someone you can mesh with and get along with.
