Top notch service! Jason was on time and immediately got to work. He diagnosed the problem with my AC in minutes, fixed it and made sure the unit was clean and properly running before he left. Had a appointment with Jason on Monday 3:30 , then he let me know he’s running late and will be there at 430 , then he just finished a job in Brooklyn letting me know that he should be there by 6pm , I know plains change sometimes, but you need to work with your customers and he still wanted to charge me $80.00 an hour to troubled shoot my A/C system , His last words Good Luck , mine is it’s all about timing buddyJul 30, 2018VerifiedJason R.'s reply
Sorry for the misunderstanding, We had a job we need to complete before we was able to travel to your service call. Every costumer need to be satisfied before moving on to the next job. We was communicated once we knew arriving time changed. When a service call is generated, there always a charge for our service. Hope this clarifies, best of luck.

Quotes are provided on a case by case basis after a brief assessment is concluded. All quotes are broken down per hour, cost of parts or by a predetermined agreed upon flat rate.
