These folks were awesome! They were patient dealing with our need to deal with our HOA, their prices were fair, they were on-time, professional, and went above and beyond to make our fence look great!Aug 24, 2018Verified
We had a unique design request. We wanted horizontal pickets. JR worked with us to design the fence we wanted. Gladiator did a very professional installation, even as we made changes along the way. JR and Amanda communicated with me early and often about what we needed to do to prepare. JR even came out when the grader was here to make sure the grading was correct for the fence. Clean up every day was good. We couldn't be happier with the fence, the attention to detail with finish trimming and the custom gates. And our dogs love it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gladiator to my friends.Jan 10, 2018Verified
Adam was professional courteous and very thorough. He is an exceptional artisan and I will recommend Gladiator fencing to all neighbors. In fact I don't have to do much the work speaks for itself thanks Adam!!Apr 5, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We use standard industry pricing, but each job will vary slightly depending on the type and amount of work needed to prepare a property to install fencing. If a customer shows us a lower quote, we will try to beat it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we receive a lead, we contact the customer to discuss their ideas and offer a FREE quote. We get a name, address, phone and email, then set up a time to meet with customer and take measurements. Once we have all required information, we write a proposal (including diagram) and email it to the customer. If the customer is happy with our proposal all they have to do is sign and return and it becomes a contract. We then collect 50% deposit, get them on the schedule and complete the project (weather permitting). The final step is to walk through the project with the customer to ensure satisfaction and collect the remaining balance due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?25+ years of combined fence building and general contracting, along with 2 years of technical training.
