Total bathroom demolition and re model. Robert listened to what I wanted and he and his crew were clean and efficient. He recommended some cost saving areas that saved me money in the end yet still providing me with the outcome I expected.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Interior Painting is usually 1.25 - 1.50 per square foot surface area. Exterior Painting is priced by the Size of the house & height . in general a small house is approximately 3,999- medium house approximately 5,899- and large 7,999 + up. Interior doors are usually 135-175 removal & install new + cost of the door. Sliders are 695 to remove & install new + cost of door & material. Drywall repair usually run 300-375. Drop ceilings- usually run 895 & up depending room size + material. Most other projects have to be looked at, discussed and estimated
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hello, usually i receive a text or call requesting an estimate or advice. I go to the location and meet you the customer. We go over your desired project & budget requirements, I gather information & share options. I provide a paper or electronic estimate. We talk about a start date. We discuss things to watch out for (pets, cars, etc). Then when you are comfortable i receive a deposit & get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education has to do with Volunteer job. I have a BA, MA in biblical education & ministry. I am the Chaplain of Atlanta Gladiators for 8 seasons. So my education helps me care about people, their projects & their property.
