- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are looking for a quote for a December 2017 Friday or Saturday evening corporate or private party, please add $50 to our quote. If you are looking for a NYE quote, please add $100 to our quote. Thank you We can give the best quotes if you are considering both live and DJ music services. We can provide 5 star soloists, duets, trios and up to an 8 piece or more live cover band! Musicians, DJ, sound gear, lighting and effects are all there anyway so we don't have to charge you like they are separate providers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to first get the details of the event such as date, time, location, venue specifics and then when the customer is ready to move forward, we provide an easy to read and understand contract and a choice in deposit payment methods. We provide music and event forms to make it easy to describe more specifics about their event and prepare for the right music. When we get closer to the event, we provide all the necessary communications with their planner(s), officiants, caterers, venue owners and/or music solists or special music groups or guests so that everything is thought of, covered and the event runs smoothly. We work closely with all the event personnel and maintain open communications for an effortless event. We tear-down quickly and efficiently and leave a venue exactly as we found it! We are very pleased and know the job is well done when our clients can write great reviews for us!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As a customer thinking about your future event, we advise thinking about how long your DJ service provider has been in business and what type of business knowledge and customer support as well as sound and music technical experience they offer. Will they still be in business in 9 or 12 months when my event is scheduled? Do they understand people and are ready to do what it takes to make a joyful, fun memory? Will they play/feature the music I want and be sensitive to my needs? Will they want to do it my way or their way? We provide music from the original artists and will find/play anything that you would like. We do not do 'live mixing' of music or create our own music tracks except for creating special '1st dance' type of mixing/cueing. You will want to continue looking at other DJ's if you would like those features. We are always working for you and your guests without being overly interactive or introducing any flavor/attitude to your event that you dont want.
