Since we moved into our house there was a large pile of vinyl paneling, metal rods, and other debris that had been dumped there before we bought and moved into it. Charles immediately responded to my thumbtack post and worked with my budget to get the job done. He showed up on time, talked me quickly through the job and got to work! He ran out of space in his truck so he communicated with me that he would return the next day to grab the rest. I payed him a portion of the amount for the work done, despite him insisting that I could pay once it was completed. Charles returned the next morning on time and picked up the rest. Last minute I asked him if we could pick up some cinder blocks that were close by, he explained that he would be unable to dump them, but said that he would figure it out and took them anyway! I would highly recommend hiring The Shorrow Group for any household project. Charles was awesome and did an excellent job!
