They agreed to a service at a price and when we were about to schedule it they bailed on me last minute. DO NOT HIRE There was no misunderstanding, they agreed to the conditions and instead of telling the truth -they didn't have anyone to travel to the client's location 80 miles away after confirming they could do it- they found the perfect excuse with the insurance paperwork. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Unfortunately, there are so many factors that can affect the price that it becomes difficult to get a direct price without having all the details. Pricing depends on square footage, floor care, floor type, windows, type of building, will there be employees or customer present, are there set hours, will special equipment be required etc...? I would advise any potential customer against bidders who give a quote without all of these details. Prestige Janitorial Services will not ask what your budget is just so we can obtain the business and raise the price once we have gotten the job. We pride ourselves in giving you a fair and competitive quote based on what your needs are and our ability to perform the job professionally and on a long term basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a customer has sent us a request for a quote, often times I will ask for contact information because the information given initially may not encompass everything needed. In speaking via email or phone, I can get a true feeling of what your needs are and may want to either come visit the facility to take accurate measurements and pricing details, or can give you an estimate fairly quickly. My urgency to get in contact is so that you can either find Prestige Janitorial Services and our extensive experience adequate, or let you find someone who you think is.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Prestige Janitorial Services works with all areas of Commercial cleaning. We have over 45 churches in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, three major warehouse distribution centers, 13 urgent care facilities, numerous doctors offices and daycare facilities.
