FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing system is upon contact a free quote is given, and within that quote is the price an hour per labor, the estimated time till completion, the cost of materials, and the terms of the contract. Meaning I cannot informally or formally break the agreement me and said customer made without first talking to said customer about my concerns. If I get the permission to go ahead, then i will write down, If I am not given the go ahead then I stick to the original agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well customers are the ones who are correct in everything, there is no reason for me to argue with the customer. Conversation about what needs to done, what the customer wants done is a must. And notes, whatever my customers says thats important to him or her is important to me so I take notes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree in business management administration. I have worked six years with my father as a construction laborer, nine and a half months as an auto mechanic. Those to things pay attention to the detail, and the quality of the work. Without good quality, and without paying attention to the details things can go wrong. And safety, and quality is the key with me.
