This guy went above and beyond to save me money by using my existing wiring and door sensors for my company. At first glance he seemed to be about $140 higher on the front end than others but when I did the math he's going to save me double that in the first year because even with cell backup the monitoring was about $38 less per month than anyone I compared it to. We had a security system installed with cameras while our house was being built. They made every effort to communicate with our builders. Warden Enterprise, Inc was available for all questions we had regarding our system. James throughly explained how our system worked and installed the app on my iPhone so I can monitor my house at any time of the day. They were very professional and punctual. We had a security system installed. The service was excellent. James came out to explain our options and price differences and where all the equipment would go and what could be done. Once we decided, the system was installed. They even offered to clean up and vacuum where they left shavings after drilling. It's been in for 5 months so far and we have had zero problems with the system.
