- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on task at hand unless otherwise negotiated. A negotiation is a mutual agreement with all the facts asserted prior to the agreement. Withholding information voids all negotiations verbal or non verbal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customer. Finding out their needs vs wants. Building a long term relationship as we are not the fly by night type we are here to service our customers for many years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on trained, OSHA, competent person/trenching excavation
