- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100/hr with a minimum of 3 hours per class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would start with a phone call or Skype call and discuss the following: 1. Your career goals both immediate and long term 2. Experience level (acting or public speaking) 2. Coaching curriculum and class flow 3. Scheduling/ availability 4. Q/A and other logistics Following this initial conversation we would begin our classes - typically 3 hour classes 2 to 3 times a week. As we go on I follow my standard curriculum but tweak it according to the client's needs and interests. For example, if you have an audition coming up, you and I will work on the auditioning materials. Or if you have a speech / presentation you're anticipating we'll focus on perfecting your delivery and overall oration.
