Introduction: I provide a unique and individualized goal plan for each client. I help you realize your own personal, professional and other life goals and then work with you to reach them. We work on everything from career paths/goals to marital and sex satisfaction. It is my firm belief that you can make your life into anything you want it to be, you just need to figure out the right path for you to take- that's why I'm here. I look at each person as an individual with endless possibilities who may just be in need of someone guiding them to their full potential. Coaching sessions range between $80 and $120. The price varies depending on client needs including frequency of meetings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to conduct an initial consultation to become more familiar with the clients' needs. After that I would provide an idea of how the coaching process would work and how to create attainable goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated with a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work- licensed in NY and NJ Worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital Conducted individual/family and group sessions regarding various mental health topics
