- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical pricing ranges from $400.00-$600.00, however can be more due to the complexity of the appraisal assignment. Quotes are made based primarily on how much time will be required to produce a credible opinion of value. Factors that are typically influence the price of the appraisal assignment is the size of the home, size of the lot, views, and location. Additionally, market condition have to be measured and may have extended analysis and commentary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us about the property you'd like appraised. The intended use as well as specifics about the property that can all affect the price of an appraisal report. Tell us a little about the assignment, and we'll reply as soon as possible with a fee quote and estimated turnaround time.
