- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our average price is $40 for weekly lawn maintenance, $50 for biweekly lawn maintenance, and $55 for one time grass cuts. Each lawn maintenance service includes a grass cut, edging and all debris blown off of concrete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with giving us a call or message. We will ask you for your name, phone number and your address. If it is lawn maintenance needed or aeration we can do that right then and there over the phone or message with in minutes. If it is a little more in depth, you tell us what you want, and we will swing by.You do not have to be there, but it is always better to point out exactly what you are wanting done.We will shoot you a call or message with the price, if it is a bigger quote we will send you a breakdown estimate through email so you have the full scope of work and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the lawn care business sense I was twelve years old, so about 17 years now. I have done everything from residential to commercial jobs , worked with home-owner associations, as well as with banks and foreclosed homes. Additional I am pursuing my Associates in Horticulture and certificates in landscape design and landscape management.
