- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Free Consultation Individual sessions= $40 1/hr 8 sessions for 1 month= $40 a session or $320 total 12 sessions for 1 month= $39 a session or $468 Total I offer a 10% discount for current active and reserve military and veterans as well as a 5% paid in full discount for all packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost will be a questionarre that will help me get to know you and what exactly you're looking for. This will help me to see if I believe I can help you, or if you would do better at reaching your goals with another trainer. From there we will meet for a free fitness consultation. This is a great time for you to get to know me, see how I work, and also for you and I to go over your questionarre to answer anything you may be concerned about. After this, we get to work reaching your goals with a program that will designed to meet your goals andneeds, and adjusted all along the way as those goals and needs change.
